Reagan, that Pinko Liberal

The year is 1948 and Ronald Reagan delivers a speech condemning the exploitation of workers by large corporations. Reagan, of course, spent the end of his life working to assure this exploitation would continue, at all costs. I wish I knew what caused such a dramatic shift, and where to find the cure. In the meantime, it makes for a surreal listening experience.

  1. Well…he did say he was an actor.

Cool how he introduces the man they named the Metrodome after. Beats that guy who used to say Kirrrrrrrrrrrby Puckett.

  2. If I remember correctly, he (I think herb carneil) sometimes said ‘touch them all, kirrrrrrrrrby puckett), advice that Kirby should not have followed, in retrospect. (he was arrested for groping a woman in a bar, for all you non baseball fans)
