DON’T ASK how much we spend for Military functions – the ‘Media’ DON’T TELL

Despite the big production Obama has made regarding the removal of troops from Iraq and the ‘problems’ of America’s large debt, the democrats in the senate are pushing a new bill (S. 3454) to increase military spending.  Any mention in the ‘mainstream media’ of the gigantic increase in military spending is obfuscated by discussion of the ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ policy attached to the Bill.  The Obama administration is continuing the Bush administration’s policy of draining resources from the bottom 95% to enrich the top 5%.

“In the US, there is basically one party – the business party. It has two factions, called Democrats and Republicans, which are somewhat different but carry out variations on the same policies. By and large, I am opposed to those policies. As is most of the population.”
